What does staging mean in real estate?
Put simply, staging means to prepare the Home for a potential Buyer - or to "set the stage". It involves redecorating, rearranging furniture, cleaning and other strategies to present the Home in the best possible light, to show all the Homes potential to all Buyers coming through.

Yard Clean Up

Curb appeal is the first thing buyers and guests notice when walking up to your Home. Raking your leaves, tidying up your gardens, adding some mulch are all things that can help add this appeal.

I can help take care of all these. I have the tools to use for dump runs, recycling, yard waste, metal drops. Whatever the yard needs I can help it look its best. Adding some black mulch can help liven up those fading gardens.

PAINTING

Whether you are painting to give your home a refresh, or getting ready to list your Home, I can come help you, from picking the colour that feels right for your space and helping get it done. I provide hands on service to all my clients, helping in any way I can.

When you are painting your Home for yourself you choose differently than when you are picking neutral colours for listing your Home to attract buyers in.

Painting neutral for buyers isn't always the way to go either! Sometimes a well placed feature wall can do the trick for you.

Freshening up the outside of your Home is important too, whether sanding, prepping and painting window and door frames, to giving your porch or deck a touch up. Proper paint for the area you are painting is important to the longevity of the paint. Painting an interior paint on an exterior metal door will not have the long lasting effect you want. It is important to pick the right paint type as well as the right paint shade.
